2) Quotes, Estimates, and Scope

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide (address, access, lawn condition, scope, photos, etc.).
  • Final pricing may change if the on-site conditions differ materially from what was described or shown.
  • Services may be delivered as one-time work or recurring service depending on the plan and your needs.

3) Scheduling and Service Frequency

  • Service cadence (weekly vs. other frequency) is guided by grass type, seasonal growth, weather, and lawn condition.
  • To maintain a consistently clean, finished look during peak growth, weekly service may be required.
  • We may reschedule due to weather, unsafe conditions, equipment issues, or route adjustments.

4) Customer Responsibilities (Access and Site Readiness)

  • Provide safe access to all areas to be serviced (unlock gates, secure pets, and remove hazards when possible).
  • Mark or disclose hidden hazards (sprinkler heads, low wires, irrigation lines, pet waste, etc.).
  • Remove personal items from the lawn (toys, hoses, decorations) to avoid delays and reduce risk of damage.

5) Payments

  • Payment terms will be provided with your quote or invoice.
  • Past due balances may result in paused service until the account is current.
  • If you dispute an invoice, contact us promptly so we can review and resolve it.

6) Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, notify us as soon as possible.
  • Last-minute cancellations may affect route planning and scheduling availability.

7) Property Conditions, Results, and Limitations

  • Results depend on lawn condition, watering habits, soil health, shade, pests, and weather.
  • We do not guarantee specific lawn outcomes (color, thickness, weed-free status) unless explicitly stated in writing.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing turf issues, hidden hazards, or conditions outside our control.

8) Damage Claims

  • If you believe we caused damage, notify us within a reasonable time after service with photos and details.
  • We may inspect the area and determine the appropriate resolution.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards or unsafe site conditions.

9) Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or submit false information.
  • Form submissions may be screened for spam and abuse.

10) Communications
