2) Quotes, Estimates, and Scope

  • Quotes are based on the information you provide, including address, access, lawn condition, requested scope, and any photos or notes submitted.
  • Final pricing may change if on-site conditions differ materially from what was described or shown at the time of quoting.
  • Quotes are valid for the period stated on the proposal. Pricing is subject to change after the validity date shown on the quote.
  • An initial cleanup or startup fee may apply depending on the current condition of the property at the time service begins. Any such fee will be disclosed in your quote before work is scheduled.
  • Services may be offered as one-time work, recurring maintenance, or seasonal services depending on the property, route fit, and scope requested.
  • Any additional work outside the quoted scope may require updated pricing and approval before work is performed.

3) Scheduling and Service Frequency

  • Recurring lawn service reserves a place on our service schedule and route. It is not based on a guaranteed number of visits per week or month unless we explicitly state otherwise in writing.
  • Service timing and frequency are guided by grass type, seasonal growth, weather, lawn condition, and route efficiency.
  • To maintain a consistently clean, finished look during peak growth, weekly service may be required for certain turf types and properties.
  • We may increase, decrease, delay, skip, or otherwise adjust service timing when conditions make that adjustment appropriate.

4) Customer Responsibilities (Access and Site Readiness)

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to all service areas, including unlocking gates and securing pets when needed.
  • Mark or disclose hidden hazards such as sprinkler heads, irrigation lines, invisible dog fences, low wires, drainage issues, stumps, rocks, and similar obstacles.
  • Remove or secure toys, hoses, decorations, furniture, and other personal items from the lawn and service areas before arrival when possible.
  • Excessive pet waste, unsafe access, blocked areas, or undisclosed hazards may result in modified service, skipped areas, or rescheduling.

5) Payments

  • Payment terms will be provided in your quote, invoice, service agreement, or other written communication.
  • For recurring service, pricing may reflect reservation of a recurring service position on our schedule rather than a fixed number of visits. Recurring service is billed in advance unless otherwise stated in your service agreement.
  • Past due balances may result in paused service, removal from the active route, delayed scheduling, or updated pricing before service resumes.
  • If you dispute an invoice, contact us promptly so we can review the issue in good faith.

6) Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel a specifically arranged appointment, notify us as soon as possible.
  • Last-minute cancellations may affect route planning, timing, and future scheduling availability.
  • Weather, unsafe ground conditions, excessive moisture, drought stress, equipment issues, route adjustments, holidays, and similar factors may require us to reschedule, delay, skip, or modify service.
  • If weather or other conditions affect service across one or more cycles, we will work to bring the lawn back to a proper maintenance height as conditions allow.
  • Some overgrown lawns cannot be safely or properly returned to ideal height in one visit. In those cases, multiple visits may be required to gradually restore the lawn without causing unnecessary turf stress or damage.

7) Property Conditions, Results, and Limitations

  • Results depend on lawn condition, mowing history, watering practices, soil health, shade, pests, disease pressure, weather, and other site-specific factors.
  • We do not guarantee specific lawn outcomes such as color, density, weed-free conditions, or recovery from pre-existing issues unless explicitly stated in writing.
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing turf problems, hidden hazards, undisclosed property conditions, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

8) Damage Claims

  • If you believe we caused damage, notify us within 7 calendar days of the service date and provide photos and sufficient detail for review.
  • We may inspect the area and determine the appropriate response based on the facts.
  • We are not responsible for damage caused by undisclosed hazards, hidden property conditions, unsafe access, or conditions outside our reasonable control.

9) Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website operation, or submit false, misleading, or spam-related information.
  • Form submissions may be screened for spam, fraud, abuse, or automated misuse.

10) Communications

By submitting your contact information, you consent to being contacted by email, phone, or text regarding your quote request, service inquiry, scheduling, billing, or related customer service communications. You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Amped Up Lawn Care LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim related to services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

12) Order of Documents

If you sign a service agreement, proposal, estimate, or other written service document with Amped Up Lawn Care LLC, that document controls over these website Terms to the extent of any conflict.

13) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
