Good / Better / Best Lawn Care Packages
Built for customers who value consistent scheduling, a clean finished look, and long-term turf health. Most clients choose an ongoing package, then add seasonal upgrades as needed.
How Packages Work
Your lawn’s recommended mowing frequency depends on grass type and seasonal growth. If your turf requires weekly service during peak growth to maintain a finished look, we’ll recommend weekly and pricing follows the recommended cadence.
- Core maintenance: mowing + edge + trim for a clean, consistent finish
- Scheduling: guided by grass type and growth season
- Seasonal upgrades: cleanups, shrubs, lawn support services when appropriate
For the full list of services, visit Services. For the “why,” visit Benefits.

Packages FAQ
Do you offer bi-weekly mowing?
Mowing frequency is guided by grass type and seasonal growth. If weekly service is needed during peak growth to maintain a finished look, we’ll recommend weekly and pricing follows the recommended cadence.
Is edging and trimming included with mowing?
Yes. Ongoing mowing visits include edging and trimming so the property looks finished—not just cut.
How do Good, Better, and Best packages differ?
Good focuses on core maintenance. Better adds proactive lawn support recommendations and priority seasonal scheduling. Best is designed for premium consistency and the most “always sharp” presentation over time.
What information do you need to quote accurately?
Your address, which areas you want serviced, and any access constraints like gates, pets, or hills. Photos help for shrubs, cleanups, mulch/pine straw, and leveling/topdressing.
Do you service rental homes?
Yes. Rental homes are serviced under the same Good/Better/Best and add-on standards.
